Bible Studies
Jackie and I have started Bible studies in our home this
year. Jackie has been working with young
mothers, and I have been working with teenagers. It has been a very exciting
time for us as we have had the chance to share the Bible’s message of hope with
people who would otherwise not attend a religious meeting.
In our latest prayer letter, I asked that everyone would
pray for Leticia. I don’t think anyone has even received the letter yet, but
our prayers have been answered! Leticia accepted Christ last Thursday! The
following Saturday, a teenage girl, Guadalupe, accepted Christ! We have been
working with and praying for her for months. She has attended our Saturday
youth meetings and recently began going to the teen Bible study. We are so
grateful to be a part of what God is doing here.
Please pray for Leticia’s husband. He is opening up to us,
and we know that as God begins to work in his wife’s heart, we will see God do
a work in his life!

Abbie turns nine
months old today! She is celebrating with the arrival of her first teeth. That
means no fun for anyone! It is hard to believe how quickly they are growing.
Elena is as wild as ever. Every day Jackie and I congratulate each other for
surviving another day. It is a lot of work channeling that little girl’s bundle
of energy, but Jackie is doing a great job!
